1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICES

MOBILE-ID (“Services”) is an authentication and authorization Internet service owned and operated by MOBILE-ID Technologies And Services Joint Stock Company ("MOBILE-ID™"), a Vietnamese limited liability company. The Services are provided to you ("Member") under the terms and conditions of this RSSP Terms of Services (“TOS”) and the Privacy Policy (see below in Section 4).

BY COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION, ACTIVATION OR REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TOS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TOS OR PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

MOBILE-ID™ may change the provisions in the TOS from time to time. Any changes in the TOS will be communicated to the Members by posting to MOBILE-ID site in reasonable time in advance. By continuing the use of the Services constitutes an affirmative acknowledgment by you of the TOS and TOS modifications and an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the TOS and TOS modifications.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Services enable the Members to authenticate themselves to multiple third party Internet services in a secure manner. Third party Internet services are provided by their respective providers; MOBILE-ID™ only provides single-sign-on to these third party services.

The Services are provided through MOBILE-ID site. The Services may be used by mobile phone and other consumer electronics devices provided that the Member provisions a RSSP client software program available from MOBILE-ID web site or from other distribution channels. The Services may also be used by purchasing a USB peripheral from MOBILE-ID™ or third party distributor. For ease of use, the Member may create a link to RSSP widget or install a RSSP extension into his web browser.

The basic service may be provided free of charge. The Member may also subscribe to a premium version of the Services for a subscription fee (“RSSP Premium Service”).

Member must provide all equipment, including a PC or mobile phone, necessary to establish a connection to the Internet and provide for own access to the Internet and pay any fees and prices associated with such equipments and access.

Please note that the process of subscription to the RSSP Premium Services or the purchase of USB peripheral may include you to accept additional terms and conditions towards MOBILE-ID™ or third parties.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

MOBILE-ID™ reserves the right to modify the Services at any time with or without notice to Member. MOBILE-ID™ shall not be liable to Member or any third party should MOBILE-ID™ modify the Services. Any material changes in the Services will be communicated to the Members by posting to MOBILE-ID site in reasonable time in advance.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

All information entered into the Services by a Member is private to such Member. MOBILE-ID™ does not approve or verify any information entered in the Services by the Members but each Member is responsible for the information he/she provides to the Services.

MOBILE-ID™ fully respects the privacy of the Members and agrees to use, disclose or transfer the personal information of the Members only in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Privacy Policy available at MOBILE-ID site and annexed to this TOS document.

By accepting this TOS, you give your express acceptance for the use, disclosure and transfer of your personal information stored in the Services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. LICENSE TO SOFTWARE

MOBILE-ID™ gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the RSSP client software and/or the software used in RSSP widget and browser extension (“Software”) only in connection with the use of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by MOBILE-ID™. The license will terminate upon the termination of your right to use the Services.

You may not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Software or any part thereof, unless this is expressly permitted or required by law.

6. MEMBER ACCOUNTS, CREDENTIALS AND SECURITY

Once you become a Member, you shall receive credentials (provisioned to your USB peripheral, client software or other client by MOBILE-ID™, as well as a related PIN code, unlock code or other authentication mechanisms provided by MOBILE-ID™) and an account to access and use the Services. You may change your PIN code at any time (to do so, follow instructions on RSSP clients or MOBILE-ID site); you may also set up a new account and close an old one at your convenience. Member agrees to immediately notify MOBILE-ID™ of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known to Member.

If a USB peripheral or a device with RSSP client software is lost by you, your personal data may be at risk, and cannot be recovered by MOBILE-ID™. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account.

7. RECOMMENDATIONS AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time RSSP may recommend or promote new services to the Members. The manner, mode and extent of promotions on MOBILE-ID site and software are subject to change. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, service providers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such service provider.
